Thank you so much for the mentoring session this morning. Although I have been in business for a hundred years, or so it seems, and I think I know it all, you always seem to knock the nail on the head. Your lateral thinking gives a whole new perspective on my business and the way to move it forward.

When you click the button you’ll be taken to my booking calendar. Bookings have to be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Choose your date and time, then you’ll be redirected to the booking form. The investment is £144.00 (incl VAT) and payment is by Bank Transfer. You’ll have 15 minutes to complete the transaction otherwise it cancels the time slot chosen… and you’ll have to start again!
I allocate time on Mondays and Wednesdays for Sorting Sessions. There are early start options and evening times available. If you really can’t make something work on those days of the week, email hello@sallypepper.co.uk with your preferred date and time and I’ll see what I can do.
I use Zoom for our sessions. You don’t have to have an account to join the call.
If you have a Zoom account and haven’t used it for a while, it may ask you to do an update before it connects you to the call. This can sometimes take a minute or so. Arriving a few minutes early will allow for this.
The sessions are recorded and you will be sent an audio file of our call with 24 hours.
Please be on time. I will wait for five minutes from the start time but after that I will close the call and you lose your session. If you can’t make it or think you’ll be late, please reschedule your session 48 hours in advance. After that your fee is non-refundable although you will be able to rebook your session ~ times and dates allowing.
I recommend you get yourself ready and settled five minutes ahead of time so you’re definitely ready to go when the call opens.
I want you to be ALL IN. I can’t help you if you’re not sharing what’s really going on or how you feel about it. Trust me I’ve heard it ALL. Nothing is off the table and there is no judgement.
You may feel clear on what you need help with. But don’t be disappointed if the conversation veers in a slightly different direction! I’ve delivered many coaching sessions where sometimes the ‘thing’ people think they need help with, actually isn’t the first bit to tackle. Sometimes I can see an alternative thread that needs pulling or challenge that needs clarity, ahead of working on the ‘thing’ you see as the most important right now.
Often, when we get stuck, there are emotional attachments and reasons why something happened in the way it did, or why we’re experiencing something in particular, at this time. An hour flies by, so if I cut in and stop you mid flow… please don’t be offended.
While it’s nice for you to get it all off your chest, I don’t need to know all the ‘in’s and out’s’, just the heart of what is going on so I can understand and deliver what you need from me. I’m committed to providing you value and always respectful of your time and investment in me. It’s important to me that you leave with what you need to move forward.
