During our time together, we’ll take a deep dive into the areas that you want to focus on. Conducting a complete business review if we need to, we’ll decide on the priorities, work the detail and create a realistic plan of action and delivery.
What does a day with me look like? It’s entirely up to you and what you need, but examples look like…
💚 Understand your metrics and where things can be improved. We review the numbers and work on the metrics that will make the difference for you. We see how the numbers relate to your shop floor and identify what needs to change.
💚 Create a Plan for you to work through. We plan the next quarter in detail and/or create a yearly business plan structure that will keep you on track.
💚 Detailed layout improvements. We improve your shop layout merchandising so it works harder for you. You will understand your hotspots, your sightlines and how to increase your sales by how you merchandise your products.
💚 Conduct a review of your windows and window dressing implementation. We look at all the ways to improve your visibility on your high street.
💚 A shop layout change. We work together to change your layout to improve product flow and the customer journey experience.
💚 A re-merchandising day. We plan and implement a re-merchandise of your shop products to improve your sales.
💚 Training for you or your team, on customer service, merchandising or window dressing for example.

In this 30-minute (ish) call, we'll explore what you need and discuss what we might achieve together in a day. No pressure. No selling. We'll make sure this is a good fit before you go ahead with this investment. We will talk through your ideas and ensure this is the right step for you.
If we decide to go ahead we'll book a suitable date; allowing time for any necessary pre-work (there will always be pre-work!), ensuring you get maximum value from our time together.
The price includes VAT and support with any pre-work via emails and calls if required. My location is fairly central in the UK but additional travel costs may apply depending on your location.
